Pool Predictor Pro (by Insight Solutions LLC) gives you two choices: delete some of your data and keep your account, or delete your account and everything with it.
Steps: Open Pool Predictor Pro → Settings → Reset all data → confirm.
This deletes: your pools, water tests, treatment logs and diagnosed issues, on your device and in the cloud.
This keeps: your account, email address and subscription. You can sign back in and start fresh.
In the app: Settings → Account → "Delete my account and data" → confirm.
If you can't open the app: email support@poolpredictorpro.com from the address on the account, with the subject "Delete my account". Requests are actioned within 30 days, usually within a few days.
Your data is removed from our live systems straight away. Residual copies inside encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days.
Purchase and subscription records are held by Google Play, and by our payments processor, for billing, tax and fraud-prevention purposes. We cannot delete those records.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Only Google Play can do that. Cancel it in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, otherwise billing continues.
