These terms govern your use of Pool Predictor Pro, provided by Insight Solutions LLC.
By downloading, installing or using Pool Predictor Pro ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account.
Using Pool Predictor Pro requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us at poolpredictorpro@gmail.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
You can delete your data or your entire account at any time. See Delete Your Data for the exact steps and what is kept.
Pool Predictor Pro offers a free tier and a paid subscription. The paid plan is Pro Plan, billed annually.
Pool Predictor Pro is a planning and guidance tool. It forecasts likely water chemistry based on the information you enter, your local weather, and industry-standard models. Forecasts are estimates, not measurements, and real results vary with factors the app cannot observe.
It is not a substitute for professional pool service, for testing your water, or for the instructions printed on the chemicals you use. Always verify with a water test before dosing.
Pool chemicals can be hazardous. Always read and follow the manufacturer's label for handling, dosing, storage and disposal, and never mix chemicals unless the label says to. Dosing suggestions in the app are estimates based on the values you enter — if a suggestion conflicts with the product label, follow the label. Chemical handling should be done by adults, in accordance with local laws.
Please do not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app; use it to break the law; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account; or interfere with the service's operation.
The app, its models and its content belong to Insight Solutions LLC. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for managing your own pools or those you service.
The data you enter — your pools, water tests and treatment logs — remains yours. We use it to provide the service as described in our privacy policy, and we do not sell it.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and weather and geocoding data come from third-party providers whose availability we do not control. The app is designed to keep working offline using the data on your device.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insight Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any damage to property, pool equipment or water quality, arising from your use of the app or reliance on its forecasts or dosing suggestions. The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from within it. We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive — ownership, disclaimers and liability — continue to apply.
We may update these terms as the app changes. When we do, we will update the date below, and where changes are significant we will let you know in the app or by email.
