Ask Pool Predictor Pro (by Insight Solutions LLC) to permanently delete your account and all of your data. Requests are usually actioned within a few days, and no later than 30 days.
The fastest way is in the app: Settings → Account → "Delete my account and data" → confirm. It takes effect immediately, with nothing to wait for.
If you can't open the app, for example because you've already uninstalled it, email us instead:
Send it from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account", so we can verify who you are. If you're writing from a different address, tell us which account email to remove.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Only Google Play can do that. Cancel it in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, otherwise billing continues.
